Live Comfortably and Recover at Home

Not every patient has the ability to undergo therapy in an outpatient setting like the one offered at our clinics. Home health services give you the option of completing your physical therapy sessions when the need arises in your home.

Our Home Health Program

We have a working relationship with Care at Home Iowa, Washington County Public Health. Patients will receive coordinated care with collaboration of Care at Home Iowa, WCPH and JET Physical Therapy. Once the sessions have been properly coordinated, one of JET’s physical therapists will come to your home for each session.

We also provide home health services directly with patients if the need is there.  If you are having difficulty safely coming to your appointment, let us know and we can provide the therapy at your home. 

Just like in the outpatient clinic setting, your physical therapist will create a program based on your goals and rehab requirements. However, all the work is done in your home under the supervision of a trained physical therapist. The ultimate goal is simple: to restore function so you can meet your goals and function outside your home as your therapy progresses.
